A HACCP course on your phone, between two shifts

The HACCP course on this site is made for people who already have a shift. Not for a class that can free up three evenings. An employer buys places, shares a link via the group chat or email, and the employee opens it on a phone in the canteen or at home on the sofa.
No account, just a name
The employee does not create an account. A name is required, email may stay empty. Then they choose the language: English or Dutch. That is not a translation added to the certificate afterwards; the questions themselves are in that language. In a kitchen where the chef speaks Dutch and the line cooks mostly English, that saves a verbal summary that leaves out half of it.
Practise first, then the test
Practice mode gives the reason after every answer. The exam does not: there you count your score, and if you pass, you get the certificate. Twenty questions, half an hour on the clock, pass with 16 correct or more. The topics are the same ones an inspection is about, not a separate series of theory chapters:
- Personal hygiene. Hands at fixed moments, even when they look clean. Jewellery off hands and wrists.
- Receiving. Damaged packaging or chilled goods that arrive too warm go back.
- Temperature. Chilling, hot holding, and how long cooling down may take.
- Cross-contamination. Raw and cooked kept apart, hands washed in between.
- Allergens. The EU’s fourteen, including the ones guests forget, such as celery.
There are no lesson videos. If you expect an hour of footage, you are looking for a different product. The material is in the question and in the sentence after it, which says why the other answer goes wrong. That is deliberate: during a shift you do not get a video either, you get a box and a thermometer.
What the employer sees
After a pass, the PDF is ready for the employee, with a copy in the dashboard. You buy places one at a time, per ten or per twenty-five. A single person pays €19.95. A brigade of ten comes to €6.90 per person. There is no subscription that keeps running once the season is over.
